Summary: Challenge - Design One Consortium was hired to understand Lang Natural’s corporate system, to create an identity and space in which it could grow and flourish while maintining its unique culture. Strategy - To Design a corporate headquarters that reflected the company's values: • Everyone who works for Lang Naturals is valuable. • Creativity - The space had to be creative and inspire creativity. • Productivity - The space had to facilitate work. • Teamwork and Collaboration - Places where employees to work, play, and eat together. • Retreat - The space needed places into which people could rejuvenate • Flexibility - The space had to perform well in the every day and in the unexpected. • Sustainability - Food is sustaining, the company's business practices are sustainable, and the building needed to be sustainable as well. Result - A branded environment that has helped build morale, increase productivity, and establish a bold, strong, identity consistent with Lang Naturals values and business objectives.
