2005 ReBrand 100: notable
Order of information below: Before Image, Rebrand Images, Summary/Rebrand Strategy, Credits
Summary: Challenge - Western National Insurance is more than 100 years old. Their logo and materials looked nearly that old! Strategy - To meet the conservative tastes of some internal audience members as well as the slightly less conservative tastes of independent insurance agents, the strategy was to retain elements of the existing logo. The upper-case "W" was retained, but subtly modernized in form. Colors were completely updated, the company name was shortened and set in a more contemporary-looking font, and the company’s tagline was added to letterhead and presentation materials. Result - Introduced at the company’s annual employee meeting, the rebranding effort has been enthusiastically received.
