In the 10 years since it was created, the company has become a market leader with a strong corporate culture, continuously developing and improving its system of staff recruitment, induction and training. Challenge However in accordance with SuperJob’s management belief there was a strong need in ideological and visual refreshing. On the basis of the review results, the client believed it needed: • a brand platform formalizing the organization’s essential values and enabling communication of the company’s uniqueness to its external and internal stakeholders • a design concept expressing this uniqueness in visual form Strategy/Result From the very outset of the SuperJob audit we had a hypothesis that SuperJob’s brand experience is better than its market promise. The audit results proved that assumption. Another insight revealed that people inside the company have a very solid idea behind the brand: “Job Must Be Enjoyable!” - the official slogan. Unfortunately it was never correctly embodied in visual and verbal communications. The developed design concept reflects the main function of the SuperJob brand – perfect match of employers and job seekers. The bright colors and joyful imagery style combination express this “delight” idea.
