Summary:

Industry Setting
With over 500 employees the Basler & Hofmann Group, a leader in its business, provides consultancy, planning and engineering services for construction, mobility, energy, security and environmental project. The company brings together knowledge from a wide range of disciplines and develops solutions for a world that is becoming increasingly interconnected.

Challenge
Basler & Hofmann started as a local engineering office; its holistic approach was successful and generated growth; this led to more orders from abroad. Today the group competes on a global level and has offices in Switzerland, Slovakia, Germany and Singapore. It needed to sharpen its position to distinguish it from its competitors.

Strategy
Based on its identity, the future brand look needed to give the company a modern face while expressing the quality of its services. It also needed to win over the staff while creating a clear, recognizable profile that helps the company to assert itself in the competition for new orders and skilled employees.

Result
This strategy led to a look that is convincing both inside and outside the company. Now it speaks with one voice in all its communication, thus improving the effectiveness of all its marketing activities. This efficiency is especially important for a smaller business with limited budgets and resources.
