Industry Setting
COUNT+CARE GmbH, formerly ENTEGA Service, is one of the biggest service providers in its field. The company provides a wide range of business processes from metering to invoicing to receivables management, including necessary IT support systems. The services are available as modules or as a full-care package.

Challenge
COUNT+CARE aims to strengthen and expand its service offerings nationwide across Germany. The relaunch aims to position the brand ideally in the energy market and makes its neutrality and independence from HEAG/HSE, its parent company, clear.

Strategy
The brand strategy required a brand look that creates emotion while increasing the brand’s impact and its distinction from its competitors. It establishes a clear link between the brand name, COUNT+CARE, the logo (the daisy) and the slogan "Your partner for everything that counts."

Result
The confident and self-contained “COUNT+CARE” brand look distinguishes the company clearly from its competitors. Employees also find it convincing; they proudly display the new logo on their lapels. This level of brand identification turns them into brand ambassadors. The distinct, consistent look also strengthens the brand’s external impact. A clear, brief guideline for implementing the new brand saves time and money for everyone involved.
