Summary:

Challenge - Phillips International was a professional placement agency lacking placement. The scene? Gingham tedium. Too-tight ties. The problem? Phone calls that ended with “No, we’re not Phillips Staffing, we’re Phillips International. You have the wrong number.” Phillips International needed a name change.

Strategy - The new name embodied a challenge for the company: Find Great People. And that’s exactly what they did. Inside and out. Now their shirt collars are as open as their minds, and their corporate colors compliment the bold tone of their drive.

Result - Find Great People International doubled its size in one year, and doubled its earnings in two years. The new name and new look represent a re-focusing of the company’s energies to results, excellence and high ethical standards – the foundation on which Walter Phillips founded the company 21 years ago.
