Summary:

Challenge - Suburban wanted a larger piece of the national educational tour planning market. The company is a proven provider of tour planning with an exemplary customer service record, offering flexibility not seen among their larger competitors, and they needed to make a broader segment of their target audience aware of their stellar services.

Strategy - Teachers, particularly of art, music and dance would see a credible tour provider offering fun and cultural exposure, in materials that were informative and artistic themselves. The new materials incorporated a pared down layout, simplified and focused writing style, and use of artistic, fresh photography.

Result - Suburban Tours has successfully recast their image in their market, creating buzz and notoriety while expanding their national market share.
