Summary:

Challenge - This is a tale of two companies, neither with a distinctive brand. Each had investment products that shared: organizational structure; target audience; and a unique investment system. The two companies created confusion in the minds of prospects/customers about what each company did; the interrelationship; and why either mattered.

Strategy - We determined that the investment system was the strategic underpinning between the companies and that it alone could define and vitalize the new brand.

Result - This new entity, ICON Advisers, succeeded in solidifying the company and its value to prospects/customers so that ICON can now promote /sell ICON products more efficiently and effectively.
