Summary:

Challenge - The New York State Restaurant Association faced a difficult business environment and stagnant member acquisition/retention when PM & Co was commissioned to revitalize its brand.

Strategy - NYSRA’s strengths lay in its position as a 60-year-old trade organization with 8000+ restaurants as well as an expansive program of activities including member support and education. PM & Co leveraged and communicated that strength by evolving and extending the communications materials.

Result - The solution addressed communication methods, member concerns and value proposition.The program met its goals, creating an actionable strategy reinforced by the tagline “We serve you,” and a modernized identity supplemented by collateral materials and a brand extension for NYSRA’s subsidiary, New York State Restaurant Services.
