• Promoting unity / team work
• Communicating change without making the company unrecognizable
• Promoting an innovation culture
• Communicating service

Result -
•Guidelines to promote change by creating values of Innovation, Partnership, Integrity and Value
• Tools to hire new creative
• New design services for retailers
• The challenge to innovate in all operations
• Corporate unity
• A new name (FSG) that communicated innovation
