Curious by nature, Enshalla gets excited understanding and solving difficult, thorny problems. Looking at a situation through a variety of lenses affords her a fresh perspective. Enshalla’s unique take on all that she sees makes her well suited for her role as a Senior Strategy Director at Siegel+Gale.

Enshalla leads brand strategy, architecture, and identity programs across sectors, having deep experience in financial services, health care, information technology, and consumer packaged goods. Currently, she is active on engagements with American Express, where most recently she led the brand positioning and architecture efforts for Serve, a new alternate payment platform that American Express launched in 2011. Additionally, Enshalla is currently working with Dow Jones and KeyBank on their implementation efforts, bringing each brand’s positioning to life across touchpoints.

Before joining Siegel+Gale, Enshalla worked as a Director at Vivaldi Partners, where she focused on brand positioning , marketing strategy, and innovation projects for such clients as Assurant Health, Lay’s and Absolut. Prior to that, she worked in the world of beauty for Avon as a marketing strategist for their global brand portfolio where she worked on the global re-launch of signature brand Skin So Soft and the market expansion plan for Avon Turkey. Before Enshalla fully embraced her love of branding and marketing, she honed her strategy and analytical skills in the corporate strategy and finance arenas working for Monitor Group and J.P. Morgan, respectively.

When away from the office, Enshalla has two young boys and a husband who occupy much of her free time. However, she also lends her energy to Dress for Success, a non-profit which promotes economic independence for disadvantaged women. Enshalla has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
