Industry Setting - Indufor is a staff-owned company based in Finland that conducts forest intelligence that is analytic, creative and practical. With global operations, Indufor’s expertise and commitment is to combine sustainable values with economic opportunities to find the best solution in which both society and nature can benefit without compromising the environment. People depend on forests, and forests depend on decisions people make.
Challenge - The former identity lacked emotion, direction and consistency. The challenge was to highlight and reflect the emotions, expertise and knowledge of social and environmental governance and responsibility by clearly defining Indufor.
Strategy - This was achieved by assessing, analyzing and visualizing, and finally by adopting its new visual identity in re-launching Indufor as a distinguished industry player. Indufor provides unique understanding and the best possible solution(s) for specific situations and regions worldwide. The adopted visual effects create a more visible, memorable and understandable Indufor. This includes positioning Indufor as a leading forest expert coupled with its business profile and activities.
Result - The new logo replicates Indufor’s global reach in the forest industry (blue globe and green bars representing forests/trees). The new identity unites the company into a solid forest industry service provider with clean lines, contemporary look and feel and unpolluted design. And finally, the new slogan “...forest intelligence” is adapted to precisely manifest its transparent operational activities.
