Summary:

Industry Setting - Premiere is the leading pay TV service provider in Germany and Austria, with over 4.2 million households subscribing. The company aims to become an integrated media company with over ten million subscribers within the next four years.

Challenge - MetaDesign accepted the challenge of developing an entirely new brand image based on the brand strategy Premiere had already developed: a powerful, emotional look that communicates a clear brand promise across all communication media while distinguishing Premiere even more clearly from its competitors.

Strategy - The brand idea, the pulse of energy‚ forms the basis for the visual portrayal of the brand strategy. The pulse of energy, with its flowing, organic form is an unmistakable visual element that symbolizes the emotional power of the brand. The new slogan, Premiere. Anything but ordinary, gets to the heart of the brand's positioning, communicating the event character of the brand. In order to inspire Premiere employees for the company's ambitious targets and to turn them into brand ambassadors, an in-house rebrand event was held.

Result - The new brand strategy is expressed in all aspects of the company's communication, including on-air and off-air design, the brand sound and brand language. MetaDesign is facilitating the implementation of the new Premiere look through comprehensive guidelines for all applications and uses, an online brand center and a brand guardian who examines all media for its brand suitability.
