Summary:
Industry Setting - Kaltenbach is a global operating company, providing contract manufacturing, sophisticated steel structures as well as machine and vehicle constructions from 50 years in mechanical engineering.
Challenge - As the market of contract manufacturing with the focus on steel is saturated in Germany the goal was to separate Kaltenbach visual (usually steel is communicated very cold and technically) and create a unique brand with more focus on web with the posibility to update frequently.
Strategy - New base-color (red, never seen before in this specific sector), new logotype symbolizing a construction, brochures, CD applied to whole product-line, colleague ties with the company (starting with apprentice).
Result - More requests by web-form, 100% workload, regular customers, better identification of employees with the company (special hidden area on website).
