Industry Setting - Hicks Morley is a leading Canadian law firm which devotes its practice exclusively to representing employers on human resources law and advocacy issues.
Challenge - Unlike most firms of its kind, Hicks Morley strikes a strong balance between a wealth of knowledge as a result of the firm’s long history with an unprecedented hands-on personal style of operation.
Hicks Morley's challenge was twofold. Develop a consistent, cohesive and dynamic brand while still speaking to both sides of this firm’s complex culture.
Strategy/Result - A clean, friendly colour palette, classic cotton papers and dynamic photos displayed in classic black & white create a brand that walks a fine line between old and new and clearly expresses the collective value of the two sides to this firm. These elements work as the foundation of the visual identity, setting the tone for updated corporate materials such as stationery, corporate folder, corporate brochure, student recruitment brochure and website.
