Industry Setting - Goldcross was primarily focused on providing complete lifestyle solutions for cyclists of all levels and types in the mid market range.
Challenge - The Super Cheap Auto Group acquired Goldcross Cycles early 2008 with the aim to own the growing cycling retail market and stand out by offering expertise and personality.
Strategy/Result - Ideaworks created a new brand strategy which centred around the concept of cycle journeys. This allowed us to create distinctive themed environments to attract and guide a broader customer base.
