Industry Setting -
• Small consultancy with 45 people staff
• Focus on infrastructural issues like railway network or energy supply
• Services offered to municipal or public institutions
• Not that many competitors, big players in advance
Challenge -
• For 25 years presentation as a “green” company
• Stood for different approach compared to competitors
• After a generation some founders left, new people joined in with fresh ideas
• Competitors copied the way
Strategy -
• Redefinition of values and position in the market place
• Based on this clarity that complete redesign was necessary and needed to
express different approach
• Relaunch to be done in two phases: one immediately and one after another step
with growth to its actual size and necessary move into new office space
Result -
• The new visual identity is up to date although far more than just an evolution
• Employees and management board can identify themselves with it
• Completely different look and feel
• Different spirit for example expressed by skate board for transport or bench for
society
