Estravel

Summary:

Industry Setting - On the occasion of Estravel's 20th year anniversary, it was the right time to take the market leader of travel agencies in Estonia and the largest in the Baltic States to a new level image wise. Additionally, the project has been driven by the changes in Estravel's business concept and new strategic goals on which the company is focused.

Challenge - We outlined 3 standpoints as the basis of design strategy for the work to come:
- A need to renew the outdated brand image and visual identity
- Break prejudices of Estravel as a corporate and expensive brand, yet preserve a quality image
- Create a basis for marketing and communication activities of Estravel to become an approachable brand

Strategy - We created a logo mark, inspired by themes of traveling-commuting, for Estravel that would eventually become clearly identifiable with the brand. The driving idea was to bring a friendlier touch to the brand image and yet stay refined and dignified when keeping corporate customers in mind. The blue color has been one of the recognized features of Estravel's image, which we fine-tuned and preserved. A lower-case initial letter "e" in Estravel's name makes the tone more approachable.

Result - When comparing Estravel's new image with those of its main competitors, Estravel is distinguished with a look and feel that is more modern, shows more character and individuality. The design system of all branded materials now follow one clearly distinguishable and unified concept.
