Summary: Industry Setting - HVAC&R is a Romanian company, specialized in providing good quality consultancy, designing and distribution services in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigerating industry. This field grew rapidly in the last 2 years in Romania, thus increasing competition. Challenge - The challenge we faced was conducting the rebranding process so that it would set the company apart from its competitors, but without neglecting the impact it has on the company’s clients. Strategy - The brands the company was offering were divided into four major categories, each being emphasized and sustained by a symbol and a distinctive color, to make them easily recognizable by all the company’s publics. The rebranding process started with the logo, moving along with all the elements that outlined the visual identity (both web and print). Result - The response regarding the rebranding process was a positive one, being based on good internal and external communication. The target audience (in this case clients, employees and suppliers) embraced the values of the new brand, identify themselves with these values and transmit them forward.
