Barb Budarick is a senior branding, marketing and communications executive, with over 20 years of industry experience. In her current role as Vice President of Customer Programs and Communications, Barb is responsible for building and delivering marketing programs, offers, and communications to drive traffic and customer loyalty for the Canadian retail bank. Prior to this, Barb was Vice President of Brand Strategy and Development for BMO Financial Group. She focused on developing the BMO brand in Canada and the Harris brand in the U.S., and oversaw both customer and employee research. She was responsible for synthesizing key market insights, developing the enterprise marketing direction and aligning the execution of key internal and external initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience that brought the brands to life. Barb has been with BMO since 1997. Established in 1817 as Bank of Montreal, BMO Financial Group is a highly diversified financial services organization.
