Challenge - Position and brand a federal credit union preparing for a major charter change that would open membership to the public.

Strategy - Spotlight Picatinny’s community-driven, member-focused history and ongoing ability to provide members with the personalized financial services they need on life’s special occasions. Provide Picatinny with a recognizable, welcoming and ownable identity that would resonate with members and prospective members of all ages.

Result - The new brand rejuvenated a formerly tired organization, providing a platform to proudly message Picatinny’s unique type of friendly service and ability to offer customers a different type of banking experience.
