They wanted an image that reflected their unique personality, but also broke through the perception that they were just a compassionate, high-touch hospital. Strategy - Brains on Fire created a unique identity around that group of kindred spirits who devote their lives to a place they believe in. It has never been about the quantity of patients - it's always been about the quality of care - not to mention a 98 percent patient satisfaction rating. Result - Through the various executions, the hospital staff bound themselves together with a new attitude and kinmanship with the community. In turn, the community began to recognize what makes St. Francis the hospital that it is. That it didn't have to compete with other hospitals in the region, since St. Francis has no equal when it comes to clinical excellence.
