Summary:

Challenge - This 120-year-old company that distributes paper and industrial supplies, had a new story to tell. For years, they'd been developing new business processes, figuring out innovative ways to service their customers faster and more efficiently, and finding more ways to share their paper expertise. They'd become Fast, Flexible, Focused. But their brand presentation wasn't keeping up with their people. And sales people spread out over an ever larger region needed to gather under one flag.

Strategy - BBK developed a new CMP identity, brand strategy and messaging, a sales story and an identity system.

Result - Now, say their customers, their mark and their message match the way it feels to work with them.
