Summary:

Challenge - Andersen Windows & Dooors needed a modernized identity that would address readability and usageissues while leveraging the company’s existing brand equity developed over a 100-year-old history.

Strategy - PM & Co’s approach was to address the noted issues with the existing identity while exploring options that would better resonate with the target audience that includes homeowners, architects, retailers, construction professionals, traditional lumber yards and building managers. The solution incorporated Andersen’s existing strengths developed over 100 years as well as its organizational culture promoting the image of an enduring leader in its field, valuing beauty, craftsmanship and total performance.

Result - PM & Co modernized the identity while retaining core visual equities of black and orange colors, triangle, and A/W combination with a stronger communication of the Andersen name.
