Summary: Challenge - VIA and Adams, Harkness conducted an extensive brand evolution over two years. Strategy - The first phase included audience research, new positioning, brand attributes, key messages and look/feel. VIA orchestrated an integrated marketing program that included public relations, advertising, events and direct mail. Second phase - VIA created a shortened name and logo, and brand architecture and visual strategy that unified the firm’s many disparate divisions. A new benefit-driven tagline, “Your Partner in Growth,” was introduced to reflect the firm’s broader focus on growth. Result - These efforts combined to redefine a strong architecture that can accommodate the brand’s expansion.
