Summary:

Challenge - Having doubled in size over the last five years, O'Donnell Sweeney Solicitors embarked on a fundamental reviews of its business. Clients responded by saying it was the firm's genuine interest, accessibility and ability to turn expertise into advice that made it different. Communicating this to the outside world was the challenge as existing communications failed to reflect these unique qualitites.

Strategy - The starting point was the positioning statement "Big enough to know, small enough to care." From there a distinctive brand was developed which was cost-effectively applied across every aspect of the firm's business.

Result - The introduction of the new identity has brought tangible benefits including cost savings of 17% reinvested in marketing activity, 11.7% growth and significant increases in retention and attraction of both clients and staff.
