Summary: Challenge - Strong economic growth led to changing consumer behavior and spending, resulting in a change in eating occasions. Strategy - To develop a single food service brand for Kerry Food Service, Kerry Connect, Gourmet to Go and Deli Products under the Kerryfresh name, identity and communications. Existing strengths leveraged were that the Kerry name offers provenance and endorses Kerry Group, the food company. Result - The results met organizational objectives:
