Summary:

Challenge - In 2001, The Moderns were retained by contract furniture company Harter to direct a complete evolution of their 71 year-old brand.

Strategy - Prior to revamping all of Harter's products, materials, textile programs, showrooms, messaging and marketing materials, The Moderns used its in-house team of researchers and strategists to develop a holistic brand platform that would respond to the changing nature of the workplace and redefine Harter as a multilateral solutions provider.

Result - The result was a whole new look and feel, and more importantly, a revitalized way of doing business. By articulating its understanding of what we call the "Work-Life Universe," Harter has found a new life in the A&D community.
